A semi-detached cottage and four detached villas (Ardbeg, Almondhill, Strathallan and Abernyte) built south of Pumpherston, presumably as homes of company officials. However, only two houses at Erskine Place are listed in the "Names of tenants occupying Pumphertson Oil Company houses".
