Scottish Shale Miners' Wage Agreement: copy minute of meeting between Mr William Fraser (representing the Scottish Mineral Oil Association) and Mr Robert Small (representing the Scottish Shale Miners' Association.) dated 18th october 1912. Agreement states that shale miners' wages will advance equally and at the same time as coal miners' wages.
