Description
Certified Copy of Minute of Agreement between The Broxburn Oil Company Ltd and Robert Bell Coalmaster Broxburn dated 3 & 5 February 1879 where Robert Bell agreed to sell to William Kennedy acting on behalf of The Broxburn OIl Company Ltd. all rights and interest in the subjects known as The Broxburn Shale Oil Coal and Brickworks situated at Broxburn and generally the whole works houses buildings mining and manufacturing plant and all other fittings in connection with the workings manufacture and conveyance of minerals. The Minute of Agreement is signed by John Waddell and William Kennedy, Directors The Broxburn Oil Company Limited and by Robert Bell.
