Owner's Consent. This is an agreement between The Broxburn Oil Company Limited and South of Scotland Electricity Board dated 28 October 1960 for a temporary supply to Broxburn Concrete Works as outlined in Red on South of Scotland Electricity Board Drawing No. W.1137 dated 5 Oct 1960 (reproduced from O.S. Map) attached. There is also a Statement of Compensation attached. R. Y. Gilchrist The Secretary of The Broxburn Oil Company Limited has signed on behalf of the Company.
