"This is the Plan referred to in and signed in duplicate as relative to foregoing Minute of Agreement also signed duplicate between The Honourable Shipley Gordon Stuart Erskine Lord Cardross on the one part and The Broxburn Oil Company Limited on the other part dated 6th and 9th days of May 1885".
