Minute of Agreement between The Calder District Committee of the County Council of the County of Midlothian and Young's Paraffin Light and Mineral Oil Company Limited relating to Wilsontown Road Crossing, Bellsquarry Road Crossing and West Mains Road Crossing. Handwritten document bond with silk thread and dated 30th September and 7th October 1908, the item includes three maps, one for each crossing. The first is titled "Wilsontown Road Crossing" and is at a scale of roughly 2 7/8 inches to 600 feet. In all three maps, roads are picked out in yellow, the Longhill Burn in blue. and the centre line of the railway in red. The first map has a second railway line marked in blue, showing the site of an existing level crossing in the area. The second is titled "Bellsquarry Road Crossing" at a scale of 3 7/8 inches to 800 feet. The last is "West Mains Road Crossing", at a scale of 3 7/8 inches to 800 feet.
