From the Oakbank Oil Company Limited Works head office in St Vincent Place, Glasgow to Mr's Wylie and Campbell, 36 Castle Street, Edinburgh regarding their letter dated the 19th of May 1894 and to inform them that Mr J. F. Cathcart returned his receipt direct to Oakbank Oil Company for the sum of £17.2.3 for oil levy. Letter is dated 23rd May 1891 and signed John Wishart, Secretary (he was also a board member of the company).
