Silver plated presentation tray inscribed "Presented to Mr James Beveridge by the Champfleurie and Ochiltree Workmen's Friendly Society and a few friends on resigning the presidentship 1st October 1892".

James Beveridge (born 1851), great grandfather of the donor, Sandy Beveridge, was works and general mining manager at Linlithgow Oil Company's Champfleurie (Bridgend) Oil Works and lived in Woodside House, Bridgend
